Backward Community Empowerment Program
On the financial support of European commission, UNYC had conducted Backward Community Empowerment Program in 2005 to increase leadership capability of indigenous ethnic and Dalits. This program was an action -oriented program based on local need and priority. The main aim of this program was to help to empower indigenous ethnic minorities and Dalits. The target groups were indigenous ethnic and Dalit students who were studying in campus and ten plus schools. During the project period, we had form Indigenous ethnic student club, conduct different types of training and publish posters. It helped the target people to be aware and united against exploitation and caste base discrimination over them.News & Notice
