Life Skill including Financial Literacy Training was organized for the youths. It was organized for 3 days from 13-13 Sept, 2023. The training contents were; Introduction of Financial Literacy; Needs and Wants, Family Financial Plan and Goals Setting, Family Budget, Introduction of Financial Service Provider, Saving Mobilization, Loan Management and Micro-Enterprises and Business Plan.
Introduction among participants was done through Bingo game. Expectations of participants was collected. The training was provided with lecture method and practical. The youths have keen interest in taking this training. Almost all participants realized their daily expenditure method and need of daily saving to improve their financial live.
Som Prasad Chaudhary, Program Officer and Jeet Bahadur Tharu, Treasurer of UNYC Nepal took sessions in the training. Mr. Bhupendra BC, the branch manager of Nepal Investment Mega Bank also took a session of banking system.
The training was closed by Executive Chairperson Mr. Prim Bahadur Tharu with handing over the certificate of participation.
