As per the procurement policy process, the procurement committee decided to request for the quotation from vendors. After collection of three quotations, the committee decided to buy from the vendor which have put less cost of all. Thus, equipment, gears and tool bank were established for construction work. The construction tools were Gloves, High visibility vest, Safety helmet, Hammer 1kg, Hammer 3kg, Hammer 5kg, Shovel, Pik Pharuwa, Wheel Barrow, Tarkas, Rammer, Plastic Pan, Iron Pan, Tape-30 M, Tape-5 M, Grinder, Bottom, Level Pipe, Trowel, Plum bob, Nylon Thread, Water Pump 1 HP, PVC Garden Pipe-30 M, Bucket-20 Ltr, Mug, Electric Wire 4 Sq/mm, Gumboots, Spirit Level, Grinding Cutter Blade, White Cement, 12 mm Wtaerproof Plywood, Narial Dori, 1″ Nail for Formwork, Hammer (Nail Remover), Safety Tape (Caution) 250 Mtr, Plywood Cutting Blade and Tarpaulin 12*18.
After the completion of safe house construction, completion survey was taken by SMOs Shankar Chaudhary and Radhe Krishna Tharu.
