Training on Vulnerability Capacity Assessment (VCA) to LG representatives and Community Leaders-1 (4-5 Sept 2024)
Training on Vulnerability Capacity Assessment (VCA) to Local Government Representatives and Community Leaders (Barghars) was organized at Geruwa Rural Municipality on 4-5 Sept 2024.
The same activity was conducted for Rajapur Municipality previously by other project. Therefore, it was conducted for Geruwa Rural Municipality.
The participants have got to know disaster related words. They have become aware on VCA tools. Participants have learned to plan for disaster preparedness in our community. SMOs, Shankar Chaudhary and Radhe Krishna Tharu Facilitated the training. On the occasion of opening program Program Coordinator Som Prasad Chaudhary shared the objectives of the training. Mr. Prim Bahadur Tharu, Executive Chairperson of UNYC Nepal closed the training with his remarks.
